Our Risk-Free Promise: If our efforts do not result in revenue recovery for your Agency, you pay us nothing more than a minimal fee for the Review. Our fee is based only on the amount that your Agency receives or is credited from Medicare as a result of our efforts. If funds paid or credited by Medicare to your agency as a result of our efforts are later recouped by Medicare because we made a mistake, we will refund the fees paid regarding the recouped claim.
We know confidentiality and privacy are important to you and your patients. Our entire review process is HIPAA compliant. We provide a Business Associate Agreement to allow the exchange of Protected Health Information. We protect the information while we perform the review, then destroy or de-identify it when we're done. We also provide a confidentiality agreement to ensure that your agency's confidential information remains confidential. |
